1 Scope
This standard specifies the test objects, test methods, results report, disposal and laboratory biosafety of imported mosquito-borne dengue virus.
Claim.
This standard is applicable to the detection of dengue virus carried by imported mosquitoes by entry-exit inspection and quarantine institutions.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Bringing in mosquitoes into the country by means of inbound means of transport, containers, goods, luggage, and postal parcels.
3.2
Pathogens of dengue fever, dengue hemorrhagic fever and dengue shock syndrome (DHF/DSS), single-stranded positive-strand RNA viruses, belonging to the yellow virus
Virus genus. There are 4 serotypes.
4 test object
Adult mosquitoes and their young mosquitoes that can carry dengue virus in imported mosquitoes, such as Aedes albopictus, Aedes aegypti, Aedes aegypti and Culex pipiens
Culex mosquitoes such as Culex.
5 Detection methods
5.1 When a single or several mosquitoes are seized, press WS216-2001 B. Chapter 1 is used to detect the specific antigen of dengue virus in mosquitoes.
5.2 When the number of mosquitoes seized is more than 10, the virus should be isolated and identified. See Appendix A for details.
6 Results report
6.1 Detection of mosquito-specific dengue virus specific antigen
According to the test results, the dengue virus test was positive or negative.
6.2 Virus isolation and identification
According to the judgment of the test results, it is reported that a certain type of dengue virus is detected or no dengue virus is detected.
