1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for hemagglutination inhibition of laying down syndrome.
This standard is applicable to the detection of serum antibodies after chicken infection of egg drop syndrome virus or vaccination. Other poultry quarantine can also be referred to.

3 Materials and reagents
3.1 Equipment
3.1.1 Microplate. 96-well, V-bottomed, with a base angle of 90°.
3.1.2 Plastic blood collection tube. inner diameter 2mm, length 10cm.
3.1.3 syringe 2mL.

3.2 Reagents
3.2.1 Reagent water should meet the requirements of GB/T 6682.
3.2.2 Antigen. supplied by the designated unit.
3.2.3 Standard positive serum. supplied by the designated unit.

3.2.6 1% chicken red blood cell suspension. take healthy adult chicken blood, mix with Alsever's solution in a ratio of 1.2, use 20 times the amount of physiological salt
