1 Scope

This standard specifies the identification of bacteria isolated pleuropneumoniae, the polymerase chain reaction, complement fixation test, blocking ELISA Adsorption operating procedures and technical requirements for testing and other laboratory tests. This standard applies to quarantine pleuropneumoniae, diagnosis, epidemiology and immune monitoring.
