1 Scope
This section specifies the sampling, inspection and qualification judgment of import and export personal computers.
This section applies to household and general office and rated power not exceeding 600V, which is powered by grid power, battery or a combination of the two.

Note. Handheld information computing devices equipped with adapters or chargers can also be tested with reference to this section.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions established in GB 4943-2001 and SN/T 0002 apply to this part of SN/T 1429.
3.1
According to the mandatory requirements of the national technical specifications, the import and export commodities shall be subject to the conformity assessment activities of sampling, inspection and inspection batch by batch or batch.
