Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard SN/T 1426-2004 "into outbound vessels Waste health supervision regulations."
This standard compared with SN/T 1426-2004, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Ship waste classification and management of waste storage areas increase the specific requirements;
--- According to "International Health Regulations" (2005), an increase of regulatory requirements from the affected areas of ship waste;
--- Increased supervision of medical waste management measures;
--- Added radioactive waste monitoring and disposal measures;
--- Adjust the content of Appendix A.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the entry and exit of ships waste sanitary supervision objects, requirements, contents and methods, results and determined disposition.
This standard applies to inbound and outbound vessels waste sanitary supervision.
