The following abbreviations apply to this standard. 3.1 Immunofluorescence test. 3.2 Classical piglet (commonly known as piglet). 3.3 Fluorescein isothiocyanate. 3.4 Pig kidney passage cells. 3.5 Bovine viral diarrhea virus/bovine mucosal disease virus

4 Principle

The immunofluorescence technique is to freeze the section of the diseased material or proliferate the virus by cover glass culture, and then place it on a solid phase carrier and label it with fluorescein. The antibody reacts with it to form a viral antigen-fluorescein-labeled antibody complex, and fluorescence is observed under a fluorescence microscope. This standard uses a clean slide as a carrier, and freezes the diseased material or the cell culture virus proliferation cover slip on the slide, and adds The FITC-labeled swine fever antibody was observed under a fluorescence microscope after completion of the reaction.

5 Equipment and reagents

5.1 Equipment 5.1.1 Fluorescence microscope. 5.1.2 Frozen slicer.
