1 Scope
This standard stipulates the working procedures and requirements for the quarantine inspection of entry and exit personnel.
This standard is applicable to the sanitary quarantine inspection of passengers entering and leaving the country at the border ports and on the inbound and outbound vehicles.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in Article 2 of the “Regulations on the Frontier Health and Quarantine Law of the People's Republic of China” apply to this standard.
