3 Method summary
After the sample is dissolved in hydrochloric acid and nitric acid and diluted to a certain volume, the sample solution is carried into the plasma by the carrier gas, and the excited atoms are excited.
And ions emit atomic and ion lines, and the content of each element is determined by the intensity of the characteristic line of each element.
4 reagents
Unless otherwise stated, only analytically pure reagents and distilled water or water of corresponding purity were used in the analysis.
4.1 Nitric acid (ρ = 1.42 g/mL).
4.2 Hydrochloric acid (ρ = 1.19 g/mL).
4.3 High purity zinc (mass fraction of 99.99% or more).
4.4 High-purity iron powder (mass fraction of 99.99% or more).
4.5 Nitric acid (1+3).
4.6 Nitric acid (1+9).
4.7 Single element standard stock solution. Standard solution of each element is prepared according to GB/T 602 method or directly using standard substance, its mass concentration
Both were 1000 μg/mL.
4.8 Zinc matrix solution. Weigh 1g ± 0.01g of high-purity zinc (4.3) in a 150mL beaker, add 20mL of nitric acid (4.5), and dissolve by heating.
Cool, transfer to a 100 mL volumetric flask, dilute with nitric acid (4.6) and bring to volume, mix, 1 mL of this solution contains 10 mg of zinc.
4.9 Iron matrix solution. Weigh 1g ± 0.01g high-purity iron powder (4.4) in a 150mL beaker, prepared in the same way as 4.8, this solution 1mL
Contains 10mg of iron.
4.10 Mixing standard solution. Pipette 20mL (4.7) of standard stock solution of each element in 250mL volumetric flask and dilute with nitric acid (4.6)
And to a constant volume, mix, 1mL of this solution contains 80μg of each element to be tested.
5 instruments
Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer.
