Instead of the standard SN/T 1318-2003 "frontier port storage site health supervision regulations."
This standard compared with SN/T 1318-2003, the main differences are as follows.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the storage site at Frontier Port Health Authority requirements, procedures, and determines and disposal.
This standard applies to storage sites at Frontier Port Health Authority.

3 Requirements
3.1 Basic requirements
The basic requirements for health supervision frontier port storage sites are as follows.
--- Should be effective "People's Republic of China frontier port storage sites Health Permit" (hereinafter referred to as "health permits");
--- Should have a sound management system and health professionals/part-time health management personnel;
--- Site should complete isolation zone, the ground should be smooth hardened, well-ventilated, sanitation should be clean and free medical vector breeding sites,

3.2 Special Requirements
3.2.1 Food storage site
Food storage site shall meet the following requirements.
--- Various food by species classified storage, each batch of food should be clearly marked, should not be stored in the same warehouse mutual influence of flavor
Raw materials;
--- Should be promptly removed and does not meet the quality standards of food hygiene, to prevent contamination;
--- Do not store toxic and hazardous substances;
--- Should have good ventilation and water facilities, to prevent damp moldy food;
--- Staff should hold a valid food employees "health card" and "health training certificate";
--- Refrigerator, freezer should be clean, unfamiliar food stored separately, and regular cleaning and disinfection.
3.2.2 waste materials storage sites
Waste materials storage site shall meet the following requirements.
--- Away from water, food processing establishments, public places, residential areas should be closed to the outside world, gates, fences and sewer rodent control
facility;
