1 Scope
This standard stipulates the requirements, objects and indications, procedures, results judgment and disposal of bulk cargoes for entry and exit.
This standard applies to the disinfection of bulk goods entering and leaving the country.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Loading cargo through non-containers carried by vehicles (ships, aircraft, trains and other vehicles).
3.2
Kill or eliminate pathogenic microorganisms in the vector and the environment to achieve harmless treatment.
3.3
Disinfection of items suspected of being contaminated by pathogenic microorganisms or other harmful microorganisms.
3.4
A method of disinfecting microorganisms by solidifying and denaturation of a microbial protein by a chemical disinfectant.
3.5
A method of fumigation in a confined space using a gas or smog of a sterilizing drug to achieve a disinfecting purpose.

4.1 Evaluation criteria
4.1.1 The surface of the object after disinfection shall not detect the corresponding pathogen.
4.1.2 The killing rate of natural bacteria after disinfection should be greater than or equal to 90%, and the killing rate is calculated according to formula (1).
