3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

4 Environmental health requirements and standards
4.1 Outdoor environmental hygiene requirements and standards
4.1.1 Hygienic requirements
4.1.1.1 The roads, railways and open spaces in the port area shall be kept clean and tidy, free of garbage, manure, accumulated water and dirt.
4.1.1.2 There should be dirt and harm treatment facilities in the port area. Domestic garbage should be placed in a covered container or bagged, and classified and collected.
