1 Scope

3 PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD

4 Equipment and Materials
4.1 Filters. set, with pre-filter.
4.2 Membrane. organic phase or the aqueous phase, pore size 0.45μm.
4.3 Incubator. 36 ℃ ± 1 ℃, 42 ℃ ± 1 ℃.
4.4 water bath. 45 ℃ ± 1 ℃, 36 ℃ ± 1 ℃.
4.5 straw. 1mL, 10mL, containing scale.
4.6 glass flasks and jars. 250mL, 500mL.
4.7 glass tubes. 17mm × 170mm.
4.8 Glass beads. 5mm.
4.9 plate. a diameter of 90mm.
4.10 balance. a sense of the amount of 0.1g.
4.11 homogenizer and homogenization cup.
