This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces the SN/T 0971-2000 "polyester textured yarn import and export inspection procedures."
This standard compared with SN/T 0971-2000, the main technical changes are as follows.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for sampling and export of polyester textured yarn, and health and safety requirements, test methods and determination of test results.
This standard applies to commercial import and export of polyester textured yarn quality, quality and appearance inspection.
