Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard SN/T 0910-2000 "inspection of import and export of textiles."
This standard compared with SN/T 0910-2000, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Standard name from the "import and export of textiles for the inspection" to "import and export of printing and dyeing cloth inspection procedures";
--- Standard whole structure was changed;
--- Increasing the terms and definitions. inspection lot, appearance quality, internal quality, conventional textile items, textile safety projects;
--- Revised sampling the relevant content;
--- Locality appearance quality defect rates by a quarter to ten system to allow Reviewed by points/m to min/m2;
--- Increased security project inspection requirements.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the determination of the import and export of printing and dyeing cloth sampling, inspection, test methods and test results.
This standard applies to clothing, all types of spinning pure or blended with textile bleaching, dyeing and calico test.
