Foreword
This standard is prepared in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard SN/T 0874-2000 "import and export of paper and paperboard inspection procedures."
This standard compared with SN/T 0874-2000, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Modify the scope;
--- Original criteria defined in Chapter 3 is amended as terms and definitions, modifications and additions in Chapter 3, the content and the number of terms (see Chapter 3);
--- Chapter 4, the original standard sample, placed in Chapter 5, will change the requirements of Chapter 4, Chapter 5 of the original standard modifications incorporated
Chapter 4, increasing the microbiological and chemical indicators (see Chapter 4);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the import and export of paper, cardboard, food packaging paper, toilet paper (including paper hygiene) requirements, sampling, test methods and decision rules.
This standard applies to the import and export of paper, cardboard, food packaging paper, toilet paper (including paper hygiene) test.
This standard does not apply to corrugated board test.
