1 Scope

This standard specifies the molybdenum oxide powder, lead, copper content by atomic absorption spectrometric method. This standard applies to the Determination of Lead and copper content of molybdenum oxide powder. Lead measurement range. 0.01% to 0.5% (mass fraction); copper. 0.01% to 0.5% (mass fraction).

3 PRINCIPLE OF THE METHOD

Samples with hydrochloric acid - nitric acid dissolution mixed with air - acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer, respectively at 283.2nm, 324.8nm measured at a wavelength of lead, calculate the content of lead, copper and copper absorbance of the standard addition method. 4 Reagents

Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade or higher level; the water reached at least three purity GB/T 6682 provisions steam Distilled or deionized water requirements. Nitrate 4.1. ρ = 1.42g/mL. 4.2 HCl. ρ = 1.19g/mL. 4.3 hydrochloric acid - nitric acid mixture (3 1, V/V). 4.4 nitric acid (1 1, V/V). 4.5 nitric acid (1 99, V/V). 4.6 lead standard stock solution. 1000μg/mL (according to GB/T 602 preparation or direct use certified reference material). 4.7 Lead standard solution. Pipette lead standard stock solution 10.00mL (4.6) in 100mL volumetric flask, dilute nitric acid solution (4.5) to Scale, this solution 1mL containing 100μg lead. 4.8 copper standard stock solution. 1000μg/mL (according to GB/T 602 preparation or direct use certified reference material). 4.9 Copper standard solution. Pipette 10.00mL copper standard stock solution (4.8) in 100mL volumetric flask, dilute with water to volume, and mix. This solution 1mL containing 100μg copper.
