This part is the seventh part of SN/T 0400. This section refers to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis, and Critical Control Points.

This section is revised on the basis of SN 0400.6-1995. The main changes compared with SN 0400.6-1995 are as follows.

--- "Reference standard" was changed to "normative reference document" (Chapter 2 of the.1995 edition; Chapter 2 of this edition);
--- Added tests for five pathogenic bacteria, and tests for total bacteria, coliforms, molds and yeasts;
--- Added the inner wall and sealing test of glass containers and composite containers;
--- Listed the chemical and microbiological testing items that can be tested for canned food so far, and clearly based on product characteristics and quality
