1 Scope
This part of SN/T 0400 specifies the sampling, inspection methods and determination rules for can containers.
This section applies to the inspection of metal containers, glass containers, composite containers.

3 tinned steel cans
3.1 Raw and auxiliary materials
3.1.1 Tinned steel sheet
The quality of tin-plated steel sheet should meet the requirements of QB/T 3773, the thickness should meet the requirements of the corresponding tank number, and the iron should be suitable for the product requirements.
The paint on the inner wall of the container should meet the requirements of GB 4805 or GB 9682.
3.1.2 Sealing packing
Other sealing fillers such as vulcanized latex and water-based sealant that meet food hygiene requirements and are resistant to heat, oil and durability.
3.1.3 Solder
An alloy consisting of 99.5% pure tin and 99.5% lead 63% tin and 37% lead.
3.1.4 Brazing wire
The quality of the copper wire is in accordance with the requirements of Appendix A of GB/T 14251-1993.
3.1.5 Determination and disposal
The tinned steel sheet was found to be rusted by visual inspection, and scratches and the like should be removed. Raw and auxiliary materials, physical and chemical projects do not meet the requirements
