Foreword
Instead of the standard SN/T 0300-1993 "inspection of import and export of pulp."
This standard compared with SN/T 0300-1993, the main changes are as follows.
--- Modify the scope;
--- Sampling will modify the sample, add or modify the clumps (ME poly dried pulp) package, a combination of pulp package, reel pulp sales package quality inspection

Inspection of import and export pulp
1 Scope
This standard specifies the pulp import and export inspection items and requirements, sampling, test methods and decision rules.
This standard applies to the import and export of chemical wood pulp, mechanical wood pulp and fluff pulp test.
This standard does not apply to dissolving grade chemical pulp test.
