Gas chromatography
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method of gas chromatography rice bentazone residues.
This standard applies to rice bentazone residues detected.
2 Method summary
The sample remaining in the first BENTAZON acetone extraction with an acidic solution, and nitrogen blow acetone, sodium sulfate solution was added, and then the n-hexyl
Alkyl extraction. The extract was concentrated, methylation, silica solid phase extraction cartridge. Cleaning fluid attached by gas chromatography with electron capture detector, external

The dual-port fluid distillation flask, placed on a magnetic stirrer hot plate in a water bath, temperature 70 ℃. The stir into the bottle. Connected a dropping funnel
And efficient condenser, a condenser in series two 125mL flask as a receiving flask. Add 10mL of anhydrous ethyl ether in a second flask,
And the inlet tube inserted below the surface of anhydrous ether. Two receiving flask was cooled in an ice bath. Side by side with a magnetic stirrer dropping funnel
Distillate distillation was stopped when the solution bottle pale yellow. The two combined liquid receiver flask, and then a water bath at 70 ℃ distilled as the distillate which
Solution of diazomethane. This was placed in the refrigerator in a sealed preservation, shelf life of one month.
