This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces SN/T 0231-1993 "Exports for the inspection of dried peppers".
Compared with SN/T 0231-1993, the main technical changes of this standard are as follows.

--- Increased safety and health testing requirements for Sudan red, sulfur dioxide and microorganisms;
