1 Scope
This standard specifies the two methods of determination of gossypol in feed, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry
(LC-MS/MS method).

GB/T 6682 analytical laboratory water specifications and test methods
3 first high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC method)
3.1 principle
Samples were extracted with acetone aqueous solution, filtered membrane, using high performance liquid chromatography, external standard method.
3.2 Reagents and materials
