Foreword
This standard replaces SN 0278-1993 "Residues of methamidophos detection vegetables for export."
This standard compared with SN 0278-1993, the main changes are as follows.
--- Expand the scope of use;
--- Increased LC - MS/MS confirmation methods;
--- Canceled SN 0278-1993 "2 sampling and sample preparation," adds "Sample Preparation and Storage";
--- Improved sample pretreatment technology roadmap.
The Standard Appendix A and Appendix B are informative appendices.
This standard is proposed and managed by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee.

Detection method
1 Scope
This standard specifies the gas chromatography and liquid chromatography imported and exported food Residues of methamidophos detected - MS/MS confirmation methods.
This standard applies to the import and export of rice, green beans, spinach, peas, citrus, grapes, cabbage, chestnuts, tea, pork, chicken, liver, Luo
Fish, honey methamidophos residues measured and confirmed.
2 Method summary
The samples were extracted with ethyl acetate or acetonitrile, by solid phase extraction column purification, using gas chromatography (flame photometric detector) determined outside
