Sample extracted with acetone, methylene chloride liquid - liquid partition, and then the alumina solid phase extraction (SPE). The eluent was concentrated and dissolved constant volume, with

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.

4.7 sodium sulfate solution (20g/L). 20g of anhydrous sodium sulfate was dissolved in 1000mL of water.
4.8 standard malathion (Malathion, C10H19O6PS2, CAS number. 121-75-5). purity of greater than 99%.
4.9 malathion standard solution. Accurately weigh an adequate amount of malathion standard (accurate to 0.1mg), preparation of a concentration with acetone
