3 Classification and naming
The classification and naming of continuous polypropylene resin powder shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 25461-2006 and shall be specified according to the characteristics of the powder
as follows.
4 requirements
4.1 For continuous polypropylene resin powder used in food contact, it should meet the requirements of GB 4806 6
4.2 The continuous process polypropylene resin powder is white powder or (and) spherical particles (shape after polymerization), no impurities, no agglomeration
4.3 Other technical requirements for continuous polypropylene resin powder are shown in Table 1.
5 Test method
5.1 Pretreatment of test samples
5.1.2 Dissolution method
5.1.2.1 Dissolve antioxidant 1010 in acetone (analytical grade) to prepare an antioxidant-acetone solution
5.1.2.2 Weigh a certain amount of sample in a weighing bottle and add the antioxidant-acetone solution to the sample in proportion to stir evenly until acetone
Use after the solvent has evaporated completely
Caution. Acetone is a flammable substance when volatilizing operation should be carried out in a fume hood
5.2 Preparation of compression molded test piece
Take the pre-processed test sample to prepare compression-molded test pieces containing spherical particles. The length and width of the test piece shall be at least
150mm thickness is 1
5.3 Standard environment for condition adjustment and test of samples
The condition of the sample is adjusted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 2918-2018.The condition for the state adjustment is a temperature of 23°C ± 2°C, and the adjustment time is at least
40h but not more than 96h
The test should be carried out in the standard environment specified in GB/T 2918-2018.The ambient temperature is 23℃±2℃
5.4 Yellow Index
The yellow index is measured in accordance with HG/T 3862-2006
5.5 Melt mass flow rate (MFR)
Take the test sample pretreated according to 5.1.2 as the sample
The determination of MFR shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Method A or Method B in GB/T 3682.1-2018.Method A shall be used when the value of MFR is greater than
When 25g/10min, it is advisable to use method B to determine the mass flow rate of the melt. When the method B is used to determine the mass flow rate of the melt, the melt density value is 0.7386g/cm3 test strip
The piece is M (temperature. 230℃, load. 2.16kg), according to the requirements of GB/T 3682 2-2018, after cleaning the barrel and before loading the sample
Blow nitrogen for 5s~10s, nitrogen pressure 0.05MPa
