1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for waste tire recycling outlets and the transportation, storage and training requirements for used tires.
This standard applies to the recycling and management of waste tires.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 6326 and SB/T 10834 apply to this document.
4 Basic requirements for waste tire recycling outlets
4.1 Qualification requirements
4.1.1 Enterprises engaged in the management of waste tire recycling outlets shall comply with the relevant provisions of SB/T 10834.
4.1.2 Enterprises engaged in the management of waste tire recycling outlets shall, after approval by the relevant departments of industry and commerce, environmental protection, etc., register in accordance with the law and obtain the business license.
Can engage in production and business activities.
4.2 Construction requirements
4.2.1 Site selection
Waste tire recycling outlets should meet the requirements of urban and rural construction master plan and environmental protection. Large areas of waste tires are produced in various regions.
In the area, recycling outlets should be set up reasonably, and waste tires should be collected nearby.
4.2.2 Building requirements
4.2.2.1 The architectural design of the recycling outlets shall comply with the requirements of SB/T 10834 and related standards to meet the actual recycling operation requirements.
4.2.2.2 The building materials of the recycling outlets shall conform to the relevant national and industry standards to ensure that the quality is qualified and the use is safe and stable.
4.2.3 Supporting facilities
4.2.3.1 The recycling network shall be equipped with a camera monitoring device and an infrared night vision function to ensure that there is no dead space in the area.
4.2.3.2 The security facilities shall retain relevant records for not less than 60 days in preparation for the relevant departments to collect evidence and verify.
4.2.3.3 Recycling outlets shall be provided with classified storage sites, and waste tires shall be classified and stored in an orderly manner.
