1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Meat refrigerated meatrefrigeration
A process in which meat products are stored under low temperature conditions to avoid deterioration.
3.2
Refrigerated processing staff
Personnel engaged in meat refrigeration related work in slaughter enterprises, including cold storage administrators, transfer transport personnel, and cold storage subcontractors.
4 skill level division
According to the knowledge level and operational skills, it is divided into three skill levels. junior, intermediate and senior.
5 requirements
5.1 Basic requirements
5.1.1 Get fit and get a health certificate.
