1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of the maintenance equipment for the slaughtering equipment, the skill level of the maintenance personnel and their requirements.
This standard applies to the slaughtering equipment maintenance personnel of the slaughtering and processing plant (field).

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Equipment repairman equipmentrepairer
Personnel performing maintenance, maintenance, etc. to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
4 skill level division
According to knowledge and operational skills, it is divided into three skill levels. junior, intermediate and senior.
5 requirements
5.1 Basic requirements
5.1.1 Get fit and get a health certificate.
5.1.2 Should have a high school education or above or equivalent, and have passed the relevant knowledge and skills training for mechanical equipment maintenance.
