1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, principle requirements, evaluation factors and scoring norms of the integrity evaluation of slaughter enterprises.
This standard applies to the evaluation of the integrity of slaughter companies.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Slaughter enterprise integrity creditforslaughteringenterprises
The performance and credibility of the slaughtering enterprises in the implementation of national, industrial and local laws, regulations, policies and related standards in the slaughtering activities

4 principles
4.1 The evaluation should follow the principles of objective, fair and comprehensive evaluation.
4.2 Enterprises with the following behaviors within 3 years are not eligible for participation.
a) a major food safety incident has occurred;
b) Other serious acts of dishonesty.
5 Assessment of objects, conditions, content
5.1 Evaluation object
Pig, cattle, sheep and chicken designated slaughter plants (sites) approved by the municipal people's government in the district.
