1 Scope
This standard specifies the test method for Mycoplasma pneumoniae.
This standard applies to the laboratory test of Mycoplasma pneumoniae in pig slaughtering.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
The pigs have long-term slow growth and dysplasia, the hilar lymph nodes are myeloid swelling, and the lymphoid tissue is characterized by significant proliferation.
4 Equipment and materials
4.1 Filter. 300 nm pore size.
4.2 Scissors, tweezers.
4.3 Erlenmeyer flask. 1000mL.
4.4 Homogenizer or sterilized milk thistle.
4.5 Syringes. 1 mL (with 0.1 mL scale), 5 mL (with 0.1 mL scale).
4.6 Measuring cylinder. 250mL.
4.7 Plate. 90mm in diameter.
4.8 Tube. 16mm × 160mm.
4.9 Straw. 10mL (with 0.1mL scale).
4.10 Filter paper, funnel, gauze, cotton, glass rod, rubber stopper.
Note. The above test equipment should be sterilized before the test.
4.11 Biochemical incubator. 36 °C ± 1 °C.
4.12 Constant temperature water bath.
4.13 Autoclave.
4.14 Anaerobic tank. (anaerobic incubator).
4.15 Slides.
4.16 Alcohol lamp.
4.17 Electronic balance. The sensitivity is 0.1g.
4.18 Optical microscope. Objective lens 10 × ~ 100 ×.
