1 Scope
This standard specifies the definition, technical requirements, inspection, signs and packages of wood anti-corrosion equipment for vacuum and/or pressure infusion (treatment).
Loading, transportation, installation and commissioning.
This standard applies to fixed equipment units that perform vacuum and/or pressure infusion (treatment) on wood by waterborne preservatives.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB 150 and GB/T 14019 apply to this standard.
3.1
A complete set of equipment for the preservative treatment of wood by vacuum and/or pressurization. Mainly by pressure infusion (treatment) tank, pressurized system
System, vacuum system, suction and drainage system, dosing system, liquid storage system, electronic control system and wood shipping system.
3.2
The highest pressure allowed in the pressure impregnation (treatment) tank under normal operating conditions.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
Equipment units shall be manufactured and assembled in accordance with approved design drawings and technical documentation.
4.2 Pressure infusion (treatment) tank
4.2.1 The structural design, manufacture and inspection of pressure infusion (treatment) tanks shall comply with the “Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Pressure Vessels” and GB 150
The relevant provisions.
4.2.2 The selection of tank materials shall comply with the relevant provisions of Chapter 2 of the Pressure Vessel Safety Technical Supervision Regulations and GB 150, using anti-corrosion.
The corrosion performance is not lower than that of low alloy steel.
4.2.3 The working pressure of the tank is not less than 1.5MPa.
4.2.4 The inner wall of the tank should have an anti-corrosion layer, and the outer wall should be coated with anti-corrosive paint.
4.2.5 The tank body should be equipped with anti-loading trolley lifting device.
