Foreword
This standard is a revision of SB/T 10283-1997. The main changes in this standard compared with SB/T 10283-1997 are as follows.
--- In the physical and chemical indicators, meat emulsion. protein changed from ≥40% to ≥28g/100g, chloride changed from ≤7% to ≤5g/100g, total
Sugar changed from ≤30% to ≤38g/100g; meat emulsion. protein changed from ≥28% to 25g/100g, chloride changed from ≤7%
≤5g/100g;
--- In the microbiological index, the total number of bacteria in the meat and meat emulsion was changed from 30,000/g to 10,000 (CFU/g); the coliform group was 40/
Change 100g to 30 (MPN/100g);
--- Delete the sensory test score method for the meat products of Appendix A (indicative appendix) in the original standard.
