This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"

1 Scope
This document specifies the cleanliness test method for automobile transmission assemblies.
This document is applicable to the cleanliness testing of M-type and N-type automobile transmission assemblies and electric drive assemblies (including lubricants and components).

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Cleanliness of assembly
The cleanliness of the assembly is expressed by the mass or quantity, geometric size, and type of foreign particles.
Note. Assembly cleanliness is divided into disassembly cleanliness and non-disassembly cleanliness.
3.2
impurity
Pollutants that enter from the outside, remain in the product itself, or are generated by the system during the manufacturing, storage, transportation, use, and maintenance of the product.

filter membrane
The polymer film used for cleanliness detection has a knitted or mesh structure and has a special separation ability.
