Liquid asphalt truck
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, documents, packaging, transportation and storage of liquid asphalt trucks.
This standard applies to liquid asphalt transport vehicles and liquid asphalt transport semi-trailers (hereinafter referred to as asphalt vehicles) modified with the second-class chassis of stereotyped vehicles.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Tank volume
The volume of water that the tank can hold at room temperature.
3.2
Rated tank volume
The asphalt truck is the volume occupied by the asphalt filled in the tank when the rated load quality is reached.
3.3
Filling ratio
The ratio of the rated volume of the tank to the total volume of the tank.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 General
4.1.1 The design and production of asphalt trucks shall comply with the requirements of this standard and relevant national and industry standards, and shall be approved in accordance with prescribed procedures
The manufacturing of product drawings and technical documents.
4.1.2 The supporting parts and raw materials used in the asphalt truck shall comply with the relevant national standards or industry standards, and shall have an inspection certificate.
4.1.3 Tank body welding should meet the relevant regulations of GB 18564.1, and all welded parts other than the tank body should comply with the regulations of JB/T 5943.
4.1.4 The components can be assembled after passing the inspection, and the assembly should meet the requirements of JB/T 5945.
4.2 Complete vehicle
4.2.1 The outer dimensions, axle load and quality limits shall meet the requirements of GB 1589.
4.2.2 Operational safety shall comply with the provisions of GB 7258.
4.2.3 The number plate (rack) shall meet the requirements of GB 15741.
4.2.4 The maximum speed of asphalt vehicles should not exceed 80km/h.
4.2.5 The semi-trailer for transporting liquid asphalt should meet the requirements of GB/T 23336, and the supporting device should meet the requirements of GB/T 26777.
The height of the lowest point from the ground after being stowed should be no less than 320mm; the traction pin should meet the requirements of GB/T 4606 or GB/T 4607.
4.2.6 The noise near the driver's ears should comply with the regulations of GB 7258; the noise outside the vehicle at acceleration should comply with the regulations of GB 1495.
4.2.7 The braking performance should meet the relevant regulations of GB 12676, GB 7258 and GB/T 23336.
4.2.8 The side protection and rear lower protection device should meet the requirements of GB 11567, the tank body and the pipelines and pipeline accessories on the tank body should not exceed

The vertical projection distance of the inner side in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle should be greater than or equal to 150mm.
4.2.9 The tail sign board and its installation position should meet the requirements of GB 25990.
4.2.10 The light color, quantity and installation of external lighting and light signal devices shall meet the requirements of GB 4785.
4.2.11 The reflective markings of the vehicle body shall meet the requirements of GB 7258.
4.2.12 The safety of the electrical system shall meet the requirements of GB 5226.1.
4.2.13 The roll stability angle should meet the requirements of GB 7258.
4.2.14 All rotating and high-temperature parts that pose a danger to drivers and maintenance personnel shall be equipped with protective covers and isolation devices, and shall be in accordance with GB
20178 requires that eye-catching safety signs and hazard graphic signs be set.
4.2.15 It should be equipped with a portable fire extinguisher for vehicles that meets the requirements of GB 4351.1, and it should be placed securely and easily accessible.
4.2.16 A warning triangle for motor vehicles that meets the requirements of GB 19151 shall be provided.
4.3 Appearance
4.3.1 The paint coating shall meet the requirements of JB/T 5946.
4.3.2 Various pipelines and lines should be neatly arranged, fixed and reliable, and should not interfere with and friction with moving parts.
4.3.3 The outer surface of the whole vehicle should be smooth and flat, and there should be no defects such as crushing or scratching.
4.4 Dedicated devices and systems
4.4.1 Tank
4.4.1.1 The maximum filling rate of the tank should not be greater than 95%, and should not be less than 85%; the maximum filling volume of the tank should not be greater than the rated load of the asphalt truck.
4.4.1.2 The thickness of the steel plate used for the cylinder and the head of the tank shall meet the relevant requirements of GB 18564.1;
The anti-wave plate and the volume between the anti-wave plate and the adjacent heads should not be greater than 7.5m3; the bottom and top should be able to communicate with each warehouse, and should be convenient for personnel
In and out; the thickness of the wave breaker should be consistent with the thickness of the cylinder.
4.4.1.3 Manholes should be provided on the top of the tank. Manholes should be round holes with a nominal diameter greater than or equal to 500mm or elliptical holes 500mm×400mm;
Manholes should be closed with a top cover. The top cover should be opened flexibly and closed tightly to prevent rainwater from falling or infiltrating. The top of the tank should be set
Road; fixed or foldable guardrails should be provided. The height of the folded guardrails should not be less than 800mm after being raised, and the guardrails should be locked firmly when raised and retracted.
4.4.1.4 A discharge nozzle should be set at the lowest position of the tank tail to ensure that all asphalt in the tank can flow out through this nozzle.
4.4.1.5 There should be escalators for upper and lower tanks on the outside of the tank, and escalators or other devices should be installed at the manholes to facilitate the entry and exit of the tank.
4.4.1.6 Breathing device should be installed on the upper part of the tank, and the breathing device should adopt a tubular structure (referred to as breathing tube). The breathing tube should meet the following requirements.
a) Its diameter should not be less than 65mm, and it should be smooth;
b) The plane of the breathing tube opening should be no less than 20mm from the top surface of the tank.
4.4.1.7 The asphalt tank should be provided with an insulation layer, and the insulation material should be non-corrosive; the asphalt truck is fully loaded with 130℃ matrix asphalt, and the ambient temperature is 25℃
When parked under the condition of ±5°C and wind speed not greater than 3m/s, the temperature of the pitch in the tank should not drop more than 3°C/h.
4.4.1.8 The lap joints of the outer skin shall be close to each other and flat, and shall be able to prevent rainwater from infiltrating.
4.4.1.9 should be equipped with liquid level display and temperature display devices. A full position alarm should be set, and the full position alarm device should not fail due to asphalt condensation.
4.4.2 Hydraulic system
4.4.2.1 Asphalt trucks that use asphalt pumping systems to discharge materials should use hydraulic systems to drive asphalt pumps. The hydraulic system should meet the requirements of GB/T 3766.
4.4.2.2 The temperature of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic system of the asphalt truck should not exceed 80°C under normal working conditions.
4.4.2.3 The hydraulic system should be equipped with a filter, and the solid particle pollution level of the hydraulic oil should not be greater than the provisions of GB/T 14039-2002 -/17/14.
4.4.2.4 The hydraulic system should have good sealing performance.
4.4.3 Unloading system
4.4.3.1 Basic requirements
The unloading system can be installed without an emergency shut-off valve.
4.4.3.2 Gravity discharge
The self-flow unloading system is mainly composed of a discharge port pipe, a discharge valve, a discharge pipe interface assembly and a discharge pipe. Each part should meet the following requirements.
a) The discharge valve should have a large flow section and low opening resistance. The non-discharge state should be closed tightly and locked reliably;
b) The discharge pipe interface assembly should be closed and reliable in any state except for discharge;
c) The discharge pipe should be resistant to oil and heat.
4.4.3.3 Pump discharge
The asphalt truck should be equipped with an asphalt pumping system for unloading, and it should be able to circulate the asphalt in the tank. The system should meet the following requirements.
a) Asphalt pumps should be insulated pumps with large displacement;
b) The system should be equipped with an insulated asphalt three-way valve whose diameter should match the asphalt pump. The three-way valve should be closed tightly and locked reliably during transportation;
c) The system should have reliable airtightness;
d) A heat-conducting oil heating system should be used to heat the asphalt pump, three-way valve and pipelines. The heat-conducting oil heating system should meet the following requirements.
1) It should be able to absorb the waste heat of the flue gas or other heat to heat the heat transfer oil;
2) The system should be able to cycle;
3) The system should be sealed and reliable.
4.4.4 Heating system
4.4.4.1 When the ambient temperature is 25℃±5℃, the wind speed is lower than 3m/s, the vehicle is under the rated load, and the asphalt temperature in the tank is lower than 120℃
The heating system should be able to make the average temperature rise of the asphalt in the tank not less than 10℃ per hour.
4.4.4.2 The heating system shall be equipped with heating pipes, which shall meet the following requirements.
a) The heating pipes arranged in the tank should be close to the bottom of the tank, and there should be a certain gap with the bottom of the tank;
b) The pipeline should be able to ensure the smooth flow of the flue gas, and a U-shaped structure should be adopted;
c) The inlet and outlet of the pipeline should be arranged outside the tank;
d) The pipeline should not leak.
4.4.4.3 The heating device should adopt light diesel burner or other heating device that can meet the requirements of 4.4.4.1.The light diesel burner should meet the following requirements.
a) The burner should be easy to ignite;
b) The power supply for the burner of the liquid asphalt transportation vehicle should adopt its chassis power supply;
c) The liquid asphalt transport semi-trailer should be equipped with a generator to provide power for the burner or use the site's 220V external power supply.
4.4.4.4 The chimney should be close to the end of the tank, and it should have strong high temperature and weather resistance; the smoke outlet should be equipped with a rainproof device.
4.4.5 Electrical system
4.4.5.1 The control function of the electrical system shall meet the requirements of GB 5226.1.
4.4.5.2 The protection level of electrical enclosures shall not be lower than the provisions of IP55 in GB 4208.
4.4.5.3 All control devices and components should be sensitive, accurate, safe and reliable.
5 Test method
5.1 Type test
The type test of asphalt truck is carried out in accordance with the provisions of QC/T 252.
5.2 Mandatory inspection
The outer dimensions of the asphalt truck, axle load and quality limits, external lighting and light signal devices, side and rear lower protection, noise, body
Tests such as optical markings and speed limit devices are carried out in accordance with relevant mandatory standards.
5.3 Special device and system test
5.3.1 Tank filling rate
5.3.1.1 Test conditions.
a) The fuel and hydraulic oil of the sample car should be filled up as required, and the tools and accessories should be complete;
b) The number of occupants in the cab is the same as the number of seats.
5.3.1.2 Test method.
a) The sample car is empty, stop the engine on the weighing instrument and turn off the engine, the transmission is in neutral, and the sample car is called the empty mass M0;
b) Fill the asphalt tank with water, and weigh the vehicle mass My when the tank is full;
c) The prototype car is stopped on the weighing instrument according to the state b), the asphalt tank is drained outwards, and the weighing instrument is observed to reach the total mass (full vehicle mass)
Stop discharging water at time and record the total mass M.
5.3.1.3 Record the test results in Table A.1.
5.3.2 Tank insulation performance
5.3.2.1 The test conditions are as follows.
a) The ambient temperature is 25℃±5℃; the wind speed is not more than 3m/s;
b) The vehicle is parked on the test site in a static state;
c) The asphalt tank is filled with base asphalt at a temperature of 130℃ according to the rated capacity;
d) The heating device does not work;
e) The asphalt pump is in a stopped state.
5.3.2.2 Test method.
a) Asphalt temperature is measured at two points, measuring point A is located.200 mm below the asphalt liquid level; measuring point B is located between the heating pipes (with the pipeline

b) Test the initial temperature at the beginning of the timing, and then measure the temperature every 30 minutes, and record the test results in Table A.2.
5.3.3 Pumping and unloading system sealing performance test
5.3.3.1 Test conditions.
The ambient temperature is not lower than 5℃.
5.3.3.2 Test method.
a) Fix the connecting flanges and blind pads at the beginning and end of the system firmly to form a closed system;
b) Connect an air compressor or high-pressure air source to pressurize the system, and keep the system pressure constant when the air pressure reaches 2 times the working pressure of the system;
c) Apply soapy water to the system components and pipe connections, and observe as you apply them. If there is no air bubbles, it means no leakage.
5.3.4 Heating performance test of heating system
5.3.4.1 The test conditions are as follows.
a) The fuel tank is filled with fuel, and the continuous working time of the burner is not less than 4h;
b) The ambient temperature is 25℃±5℃, and the wind speed is not more than 3m/s;
c) The vehicle is at a standstill;
d) The asphalt tank is filled with base asphalt according to the rated volume, and the asphalt temperature should not be lower than 110°C.
5.3.4.2 Test method.
a) The measuring point layout is the same as 5.3.2.2 a);
b) Ignite the burner according to the procedures and methods specified in the instruction manual;
c) Start the test 1h after the combustion is normal, and then start the asphalt pump for internal circulation;
d) Test the starting temperature at the beginning of the timing, and then measure the temperature every 1h;
e) When the asphalt temperature rises to 140℃, stop the test.
5.3.4.3 Record the test results in Table A.3.
5.3.5 Hydraulic system test
5.3.5.1 Hydraulic oil temperature
5.3.5.1.1 The test conditions are as follows.
a) Weather. no rain, wind speed is not more than 3m/s;
b) The prototype is empty.
5.3.5.1.2 Test method.
a) Set a thermometer in the hydraulic oil tank;
b) Start measuring the hydraulic oil temperature 1 hour after starting the asphalt pump, and then measure it every 30 minutes;
c) The test stops when the temperature of the hydraulic oil does not rise more than 1°C or the temperature of the hydraulic oil exceeds 80°C for two consecutive measurements.
5.3.5.1.3 Record the test results in Table A.4.
5.3.5.2 Hydraulic oil solid particle contamination
Carry out the test according to GB/T 14039, and record the test data in Table A.5.
5.3.5.3 Pipeline tightness
After the hydraulic oil temperature test is over, observe the joints of the pipelines, and there is no sweating or liquid dripping, which means no leakage.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection
6.1.1 The factory inspection is a vehicle-by-vehicle inspection, and the manufacturer's quality inspection department shall issue a complete vehicle factory certificate before leaving the factory.
6.1.2 The factory inspection items are shown in Table 1.
6.2 Type inspection
6.2.1 Inspection conditions
a) Type inspection should be carried out if there is one of the following conditions.
b) When a new product or an old product is transferred to a factory for trial formulation;
c) When the product resumes production after 3 years of suspension;
d) When the total output of normal production is 500;
e) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes, which may affect product performance;
f) When there is a significant difference between the factory inspection and the finalization inspection.
6.2.2 Inspection items
Type inspection items are shown in Table 1.
6.2.3 Inspection rules
In the type inspection, if it belongs to the two cases a) and b) in 6.2.1, the inspection shall be carried out according to the inspection items specified in Table 1 one by one in Chapter 5
It should be inspected in accordance with relevant national standards; if it belongs to c) in 6.2.1, the special performance should be inspected; if it belongs to d) and e) in 6.2.1,

7 signs, documents, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Logo
7.1.1 The product label of the whole vehicle should be set, and the product label of the chassis should also be provided; the content of the product label of the whole vehicle should meet the requirements of GB 7258,
The fixation, position and type of the signs should meet the requirements of GB/T 18411.
7.1.2 The content and composition, fixing method and marking position of the vehicle identification code (VIN) shall meet the requirements of GB 16735 and GB 7258.
7.1.3 The name of the shipping medium shall be sprayed on the rear of both sides of the tank and above the horizontal plane of the center line of the tank, with the character height not less than.200mm and the character color in red.
7.2 Vehicle documents
The accompanying documents should mainly include.
a) Product qualification certificate (including Class II chassis);
b) Product instruction manual; the instruction manual should be prepared according to the relevant requirements of GB 7258 and the provisions of GB/T 9969, and the manual should indicate
It is not allowed to ignite and heat when there is no asphalt in the asphalt tank; when the asphalt liquid level is not higher than.200mm from the upper surface of the heating pipe, it should be heated with small fire intermittently;
c) Instructions for use of the second type chassis and other main supporting parts;
d) A list of vehicle-mounted tools and spare parts;
e) Packing list.
7.3 Packaging
7.3.1 Asphalt vehicles are naked, and spare parts and tools on the vehicle should be treated with rust prevention.
7.3.2 The accompanying documents are packaged with moisture-proof materials.
7.4 Transportation
Asphalt truck transport is self-transportation of the whole vehicle (liquid asphalt transport semi-trailer should be pulled by a tractor), and it should comply with the national road transport
Traffic rules for vehicles.
7.5 Storage
7.5.1 It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. When parked in the open air, the heating system should be rain-proof and kept properly.
7.5.2 When storing for a long time, clean the fuel oil; the rust-prone parts should be coated with grease for protection, and should be maintained and maintained in accordance with the product instruction manual.
