1 Scope
This standard specifies the clinical diagnosis of chicken infectious anemia (CIA), the isolation and identification of CIA virus, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunization
Diagnostic techniques such as enzyme testing.
This standard applies to the diagnosis of CIA.
2 clinical diagnosis
2.1 Clinical symptoms
2.1.1 The main clinical feature of CIA is anemia. The sick chickens showed signs of weakness, weakness, accumulation and slow movements, rough feathers, sputum, meat,

3 Virus isolation and identification
3.1 Material preparation
3.1.1 Reagents
a) Improve the minimum element nutrient solution (DMEM) medium, see formula A. Chapter 1;
b) Marek's disease virus-transformed lymphocyte lineage MDCC-MSB1 cells;
c) standard positive serum. serum obtained by immunizing SPF chicken with CIAV antigen;
d) standard negative serum. SPF chicken serum without CIAV infection;
e) Newborn bovine serum, penicillin, streptomycin.
