1 Scope
This standard specifies the clinical diagnosis of chicken infectious anemia (CIA), the isolation and identification of CIA virus, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunization

This standard applies to the diagnosis of CIA.
2 clinical diagnosis
2.1 Clinical symptoms
2.1.1 The main clinical feature of CIA is anemia. The sick chickens showed signs of weakness, weakness, accumulation and slow movements, rough feathers, sputum, meat,

3 Virus isolation and identification
3.1 Material preparation
3.1.1 Reagents
