Foreword
This standard replaces NY/T 263-1994 "hammer mill".
The main changes in this standard compared with NY/T 263-1994 are as follows.
---The standard name was changed from "hammer mill" to "natural rubber primary processing mechanical hammer mill";
---Modified the main parameters of the product;
--- Increased product serial number, examples and model specifications and main parameters of the two products;
--- Increased the use of reliability indicators and their measurement methods;
--- Increased bearing temperature rise and maximum oil temperature indicator of the gearbox;
---Modified the assembly quality requirements of the roller;
--- Increased the quality requirements of the screen;
--- Increased the requirements for test materials in the test conditions;
--- Revised the test items for no-load test and load test;
--- Revised the inspection items and judgment rules for type inspection.
This standard was proposed by the Agricultural Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture.
