Introduction
The classification and coding standards of coal industry materials are the cornerstones for the development of smart mines, big data, and product traceability, and are of great significance to the integration of industrialization and information technology and digitalization of enterprises.
Transformation plays an important supporting role.
At present, GB/T 7635.1-2002 "National Major Product Classification and Code Part 1.Transportable Products" product classification method and classification
The information does not take into account the characteristics of the coal industry in terms of design, construction, production, operation and maintenance. The product classification is not comprehensive enough.
Carbon enterprises have different management systems and business segments, and their material standardization systems are different. Problems such as data redundancy and data silos cannot be solved well.
Support the digital transformation of the coal industry. Therefore, combined with the current characteristics of coal industry enterprises, we re-sorted out the application of material data in coal industry enterprises.
The current situation, the establishment of a unified material standardization system, serving the production, transportation, and sales of coal enterprises, can achieve high-quality integration of coal production data resources.
It supports the integrated business and financial management of coal enterprises and promotes the digital transformation of the coal industry.
Classification and coding specifications for materials in the coal industry
1 Scope
This document specifies the classification principles, coding methods, coding structure and material description templates for coal industry material data.
This document applies to the standardized management of material classification and coding in the coal industry.
Note. Material classification includes all the 38 categories referred to in this document.
2 Normative references
This document has no normative references.
3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
According to different requirements of material management, materials are classified into categories according to certain signs.
3.2
Material attribute template materialtemplate
A template for defining and managing the attributes of characteristic quantities such as name, description, specification model and unit of measurement in material coding.
3.3
By carefully classifying materials according to their properties, uses and other key characteristics, and giving each type of material a unique set of words, symbols,
A number or sequence of numbers, or "codes", is used as a systematic management tool to concisely represent the "name" and "category" of materials.
3.4
According to the selected attributes or characteristics, the classification objects are subdivided level by level according to the hierarchical structure, and each level represents a classification dimension.
Each dimension is further divided into several specific categories, forming a systematic classification system that progresses from broad to narrow.
method.
4.Principles of material classification
4.1 General Principles
The material classification principles should meet the following requirements.
a) Practicality. It should meet the requirements of practicality, applicability and convenience in material procurement and information management.
b) Comprehensiveness. Satisfy the needs of different levels of material management.
c) Stability. Once the material classification is established, it will not be adjusted at will.
4.2 Division Principles
This document should adopt the line classification method to classify materials into major categories, medium categories and minor categories. The classification principles are as follows.
