1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, installation requirements and inspections of low ambient temperature air source heat pump hot air blowers (hereinafter referred to as "hot air blowers"). Receive requirements. This document is applicable to units driven by air-cooled condensers, evaporators and motor-compressors, and whose nominal heating capacity is not more than 14kW. 3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Low ambient temperature air-source heat pump hot air blower A heat pump unit that uses electric energy as the driving energy source to obtain heat from the low ambient temperature air of not less than -25°C and release heat to the room, Including indoor units, outdoor units and connecting pipes. 3.2 Installing base The bearing surface for supporting and fixing the hot air blower generally refers to the wall, floor and top surface of the building. 3.3 Installing frame A device capable of reliably fixing a hot air blower on an installation surface includes an installation bracket, an installation hook, an installation hanger, and the like.

4 Installation requirements

4.1 Basic requirements 4.1.1 The installation personnel should undergo professional training and obtain corresponding qualifications. 4.1.2 The accessories for the installation of the hot air blower shall meet the requirements of the corresponding national standards, and shall be complete and intact. 4.1.3 The attached accessories should not be replaced, omitted or modified at will. If on-site production is required, they should meet the requirements of the instruction manual. 4.1.4 When the hot air blower needs to be filled with refrigerant during the installation process, it should meet the requirements of the instruction manual. 4.1.5 The mounting surface of the hot air blower and the carrying capacity of the outdoor unit mounting frame shall not be less than 4 times the weight of the unit and at least not less than.200kg. When installing, fully consider the material strength, bearing capacity of the mounting surface and the number of hot air blowers installed on the same mounting surface, etc., and reinforcement should be adopted if necessary Or protective measures. 4.1.6 All parts, joints and welded parts that need anti-corrosion treatment should be treated with anti-corrosion in time. 4.1.7 Fasteners should be fastened in place without looseness, and the outdoor installation part should have strong wind resistance and necessary anti-falling measures. 4.1.8 After the hot air blower is installed, its normal operation shall not be affected by improper installation, or its performance shall be impaired or restricted. 4.2 Installation location 4.2.1 The indoor and outdoor installation positions of the hot air blower should meet the following requirements. a) Avoid the environment where flammable gas leaks or may have strong corrosive gas; b) The control system should avoid places where strong electricity and strong magnetic fields are directly affected; c) Avoid locations prone to noise and vibration; d) Choose a ventilated and dry location; e) Avoid places that are easy for children to reach; f) Minimize the length of the connecting pipe between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit; g) Full consideration shall be given to the requirements of fire protection, drainage and building orientation to facilitate maintenance and repair. 4.2.2 The installation position of the indoor unit should also fully consider the indoor space location and layout, and there should be no obstructions around the inlet and outlet. 4.2.3 The installation location of the outdoor unit should also meet the following requirements. a) The outdoor unit should not occupy public spaces such as aisles, stairs and exits inside the building; b) The outdoor units installed along the buildings on both sides of the road should consider the relevant requirements of environmental protection and city appearance, and the installation frame can be used when the public passage is not affected. Install horizontally on the ground, otherwise the distance from the bottom of the mounting frame to the ground should be greater than 2.5m; c) When the rated heating capacity of the hot air blower is not more than 4.5kW, the distance between the outdoor unit and doors, windows and green plants should not be less than 3m; the rated heating capacity of the hot air blower When it is greater than 4.5kW, the distance between the outdoor unit and doors, windows and green plants should not be less than 4m. If the requirements are not met due to conditions, a settlement should be negotiated Determine or take corresponding protective measures. 4.3 Installation preparation 4.3.1 The installer shall prepare installation materials, installation tools and inspection instruments that have been verified or calibrated. The safety belt shall meet the requirements of GB 6095. Requirements, and have complete and clear signs. 4.3.2 Check that the hot air blower and its accessories should be complete and in good condition according to the packing list. 4.3.3 Read the product manual carefully to understand the function, use method, installation requirements and installation method of the hot air blower to be installed. 4.3.4 At least the following electrical safety inspections shall be carried out. a) The user's power supply should match the hot air blower, and the power supply should have sufficient capacity and reliable grounding; b) Check the wire diameter and wiring of the power cord, it should be reasonable and safe, and there is no aging phenomenon; c) The hot air blower should be powered separately, and use a fixed dedicated socket and switch with a grounding wire. The wiring of the socket should be correct and effective, and the neutral wire should be used. There should be no short circuit with the phase line; d) Check whether the indoor unit, outdoor unit and other electrical components (including terminal block, power cord, socket, connecting line, etc.) of the hot air blower are old. For the phenomenon of melting and loosening, the insulation resistance should be greater than 10MΩ when measured with a megohmmeter. 4.3.5 The outdoor unit should be intact, and the indoor unit should have pressure-maintaining gas. The indoor unit is energized for trial operation, the fan should operate normally, and the remote control should be able to receive it. 4.3.6 Select the specific installation location of the hot air blower according to 4.2, the installation surface and mounting frame should meet the requirements of installation, use, safety and environmental protection. Protection requirements. 4.4 Installation operation 4.4.1 Indoor and outdoor unit installation 4.4.1.1 The indoor and outdoor installation of hot air blowers shall meet the following requirements. a) Choose a reasonable installation method according to the specific type of the hot air blower, and firmly connect the installation frame to the installation surface, and the building should not be damaged during installation If necessary, take corresponding measures to ensure that oneself and others are not harmed; b) Perform mechanical fixation in accordance with the instruction manual. The connection between the mounting surface and the mounting frame, and the mounting frame and the unit should be firm, stable and reliable. Rely on, the installed hot air blower should not tilt, slip off, tip over or fall down. 4.4.1.2 When installing the outdoor unit, after the expansion bolts that fix the outdoor unit bracket are tightened, the length of the leakage part should not be too long, and it should be fixed on the wall. The expansion bolts in the body should not be inclined downward. The following actions should be performed when using a seat belt. a) Before use, check whether there is any damage, whether the parts are loose or falling off; b) Fix one end of the metal self-locking hook of the safety belt to the indoor fixed end. The safety rope over 3m should be equipped with a buffer; d) During installation, the safety rope should be hung on the connecting ring for use, and should not be knotted. 4.4.2 Refrigeration pipeline installation 4.4.2.1 The branch pipe assembly and copper pipe shall be configured and installed in accordance with the provisions of the instruction manual. 4.4.2.2 Copper pipe cutting should be operated in accordance with the instruction manual, and the burrs on the inner side should be removed, and the pipe end should be downward during operation. When the pipes and wires pass through the wall, wall-through pipes should be installed to take waterproof and anti-leakage measures. 4.4.3 Production and installation of extension pipes 4.4.3.1 When the length of the connecting pipe between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit is not enough, the production and installation steps of the extension pipe are as follows. a) Cut the pipe at a distance of 10mm from the end of the bell mouth on one end of the original connecting pipe, and expand the cup-shaped mouth; b) Remove oil, oxides and burrs from the joints of the connecting pipes; c) Sleeve the butt-connected connecting pipe into place, and the unilateral fit clearance of the copper pipe is 0.05mm~0.15mm; d) Adjust the welding flame temperature to a neutral flame at 780℃~860℃, and the flame moves along the length of the copper pipe to make the cup mouth and nearby Heat evenly within the range of 10mm. When the copper tube and cup-shaped mouth are heated to the welding temperature and turn dark red, add it from the other side of the flame solder; e) When the solder joint solder is fully melted and full, leave the flame 40mm~60mm away, when the copper tube and cup-shaped mouth are heated to the soldering temperature When the temperature is dark red, add solder from the other side of the flame. 4.4.3.2 After the extension pipe is made and installed, the refrigerant should be supplemented in accordance with the instruction manual. 4.4.4 Punching operation 4.4.4.1 Before drilling a wall hole or hanging a wall panel, confirm to the user the safe distance between the drilling position and the embedded power cord. 4.4.4.2 When drilling holes, use dust-free and low-noise quick drilling tools, and take reliable protective measures against falling rocks and dust. 4.4.4.3 For a hot air blower with a ventilation device, the hole center spacing of the wall holes should meet the requirements of the operating instructions, and the outdoor unit should be The ventilation device box is installed in a safe location for easy maintenance. 4.4.4.4 The position of the wall holes should not exceed the bottom surface of the indoor unit, and wall pipes should be installed. The wall pipes should be high inside and low outside. Sealing cement is used for sealing. 4.4.5 Vacuum operation 4.4.5.1 After the hot air blower is installed, the indoor unit and installation pipeline should be vacuumed, and should meet the following requirements. a) The hot air blower should be vacuumed with a vacuum pump; b) When the vacuum is not completed, the gas and liquid side stop valves should not be opened; c) A safety filling valve should be installed during vacuum operation; d) The liquid side stop valve should not be closed, the gas side stop valve should be opened, and the compressor should be energized and run to pressure the system for leak detection. 4.4.5.2 The steps of vacuum pumping operation are. a) The piping connection should be intact. b) Connect the hose to the outdoor unit, and connect the high and low pressure pressure gauge and the vacuum pump. c) Connect the hose to the vacuum pump connector, and the air side shut-off valve is fully closed at this time. d) Fully open the low pressure valve (Lo) of the "high and low pressure gauge", and completely close the high pressure valve (Hi). e) Turn on the vacuum pump to vacuum, and the vacuum pump runs for more than 15 minutes, and the vacuum pressure (absolute pressure) is below 30 Pa (observe the vacuum gauge When it reaches 0.1MPa), completely close the low pressure valve and turn off the vacuum pump.
