1 Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, and markings of pitch slip rings for wind turbines (hereinafter referred to as slip rings) Packaging, transportation, storage, etc. This standard applies to electric contact friction-type pitch slip rings for wind turbines, and other friction-type slip rings can be implemented by reference.

3 Technical requirements

3.1 Special technical requirements The slip ring shall meet the requirements of this standard and the provisions of the order contract (or technical agreement). The minimum technical requirements should include. a) Environmental requirements; b) Mechanical interface requirements; c) Electrical interface requirements; d) Loop definition and requirements for voltage, current and signal transmission; e) Required encoder or sensor and its wiring definition (optional); f) Heater requirements (optional); g) Acceptance procedures and requirements; h) Quality and other requirements. 3.2 General technical requirements 3.2.1 Electrical performance requirements 3.2.1.1 Contact resistance When the slip ring is working, it is required that the slip ring track and the brush are in reliable contact, and there should be no disconnection, misalignment or other poor contact phenomena. The contact resistance value (Excluding cables) See Table 1. 3.2.1.2 Insulation See Table 2 for the insulation resistance value of each ring of the slip ring to the shell ground and between each ring. 3.2.1.3 Insulation dielectric strength The power frequency withstand voltage of each ring of the slip ring to the shell ground and between each ring shall be in accordance with Table 3, and the leakage current shall not be greater than 10mA. 3.2.1.4 Current Transmission The overload current of the power loop is not less than 2 times of the rated current, and the overload time is not less than 3s, or reaches the index specified in the technical agreement. 3.2.1.5 Signal transmission The frame loss rate of Ethernet signal transmission is 0, and the bit error rate of bus signal transmission is ≤10-6. 3.2.2 Environmental adaptability requirements 3.2.2.1 Low temperature resistance The low temperature resistance of the slip ring should meet the requirements of GB/T 2423.1. The low temperature test grade of slip ring is shown in Table 4. 3.2.2.2 High temperature resistance The high temperature resistance of the slip ring should meet the requirements of GB/T 2423.2. The high temperature test grade of slip ring is shown in Table 5. 3.2.2.3 Humidity and heat resistance The moisture and heat resistance of the slip ring should meet the requirements of GB/T 2423.3. 3.2.2.4 Low air pressure resistance performance The low-pressure resistance of the slip ring should meet the requirements of GB/T 2423.21. See Table 7 for the low air pressure test grade of slip ring. 3.2.2.5 Combination of high and low temperature, humidity, heat and low pressure According to the requirements of 3.2.2.1~3.2.2.4, the slip ring will conduct comprehensive tests on low temperature, high temperature, damp heat, and low air pressure. The combination of temperature and low pressure, high temperature and damp heat conditions, complete the test at one time, comprehensively investigate the environmental adaptability of the slip ring. Figure 1 Comprehensive test curve of high and low temperature, humidity, heat and low air pressure (the points marked with ▲ are the detection points) 3.2.2.6 Protection The enclosure protection grade is IP54 on land and IP55 on sea according to GB/T 4208. 3.2.2.7 Anti-vibration performance The anti-vibration performance of the slip ring should meet the requirements of GB/T 2423.10. See Table 8 for slip ring vibration test levels. 3.2.2.8 Anti-salt spray performance The anti-salt spray performance of the slip ring should meet the requirements of the severity level 2 of GB/T 2423.18. Slip ring salt spray test conditions are shown in Table 9. 3.2.2.9 Anti-electromagnetic interference performance The anti-electromagnetic interference performance of the slip ring reaches the index specified in the technical agreement. 3.2.3 Lifetime requirements The working life of the slip ring should not be less than 5×107 revolutions. 3.2.4 Appearance requirements The slip ring has a beautiful appearance, flat, smooth surface and uniform color. The outside of the slip ring shall be provided with obvious no-stepping signs, safety signs and Nameplate.

4 Test method

4.1 Test equipment The test equipment mainly includes. a) Test turntable The test turntable of the slip ring should provide the corresponding speed for the slip ring, and the turntable should be convenient for threading test. b) Load The load of the slip ring meets the power requirement of the current test of the slip ring. 4.2 Measuring instruments The measuring instrument should try to meet the actual reading needs. The measuring instrument shall meet the following requirements. --The performance indicators of the measuring instrument should comply with the relevant national standards or the verification procedures of the metrology department, and progress within the prescribed time limit. Conduct verification --The accuracy of the measuring instrument should be one level higher than the accuracy required for actual testing. 4.3 Electrical performance test 4.3.1 Contact resistance detection When the slip ring path and the brush are relatively static, use a micro-ohm meter to measure the resistance value of each loop, and subtract the resistance value of the wire to obtain the actual loop The static contact resistance value. Note. It is allowed to measure only static contact resistance during high and low temperature damp heat and low air pressure test. 4.3.2 Insulation test Use the insulation resistance meter specified in Table 2 to measure the insulation resistance between the shell ground and all loops and between each loop. The insulation meets the requirements of 3.2.1.2. 4.3.3 Insulation dielectric strength test Choose a withstand voltage tester that meets the requirements of use to test all the loops, the shell ground, and the insulation dielectric strength between each loop, the withstand voltage and See Table 3 for time. The dielectric strength of the insulation shall meet the requirements of 3.2.1.3. 4.3.4 Current transmission test The two ends of each ring of the slip ring are connected with a load and a power source, and each group of loops is energized under the condition of the slip ring rotating. The current transmission should meet the requirements of 3.2.1.4, and there should be no scorching or ignition on the dynamic and static contact surfaces of the slip ring. Note. No rotation speed is allowed during high and low temperature damp heat and low air pressure test. 4.3.5 Signal transmission test Bus communication. slip ring speed 10r/min, communication loop length 30m, baud rate 12Mbps, transmission 106 bytes, sending time interval 40ms. Ethernet communication. slip ring speed 10r/min, communication protocol UDP, communication loop length 30m, frame length 1000 bytes, transmission 105 frames, The sending time interval is 10ms. Slip ring signal transmission shall meet the requirements of 3.2.1.5. Note. No rotation speed is allowed during high and low temperature damp heat and low air pressure test. 4.4 Type test 4.4.1 Low temperature test The low temperature test shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 2423.1 and the temperature and time specified in Table 4. During the low temperature test, test the contact resistance, insulation, dielectric strength, current transmission and signal of the slip ring according to 4.3.1~4.3.5 transmission. The low temperature test inspection shall meet the requirements of 3.2.1.1 ~ 3.2.1.5. 4.4.2 High temperature test The high temperature test is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 2423.2 and the temperature and time specified in Table 5. During the high temperature test, test the contact resistance, insulation, dielectric strength, current transmission and signal of the slip ring according to 4.3.1~4.3.5 transmission. The high temperature test inspection shall meet the requirements of 3.2.1.1 ~ 3.2.1.5. 4.4.3 Damp heat test The damp heat test is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 2423.4 and the temperature, humidity and cycle specified in Table 6. During the damp heat test, according to 4.3.1~4.3.5, test the contact resistance of the slip ring, Insulation, insulation dielectric strength and current transmission and signal transmission. The damp heat test inspection shall meet the requirements of 3.2.1.1 to 3.2.1.5. 4.4.4 Low air pressure test The low air pressure test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 2423.21 and the low air pressure values specified in Table 7 of this standard. The low-pressure test process can be carried out at the same time as the low-temperature and high-temperature tests, and the test is performed at the low-temperature and high-temperature detection points. Note. Suitable for slip rings with altitude requirements. 4.4.5 High and low temperature damp heat and low air pressure test The high and low temperature damp heat and low air pressure test is carried out in accordance with the test procedures in 4.4.1 to 4.4.4.The high and low temperature damp heat and low air pressure test curve is shown in Figure 1. The high and low temperature damp heat and low air pressure test inspection shall meet the requirements of 3.2.1.1 to 3.2.1.5. 4.4.6 Protection test The protection test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 4208. After the protection test is over, test the contact resistance, insulation, dielectric strength, current transmission and signal transmission of the slip ring according to 4.3.1~4.3.5 If the slip ring is equipped with an encoder, the performance test of the encoder should meet the requirements for use. The protection test inspection shall meet the requirements of 3.2.1.1~3.2.1.5. 4.4.7 Vibration test The vibration test is carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 2423.10 and the vibration conditions specified in Table 8. During and after the vibration test, test the contact resistance, insulation, dielectric strength and current transmission of the slip ring according to 4.3.1~4.3.5. If the slip ring is equipped with an encoder, the performance test of the encoder should meet the requirements for use. The vibration test shall meet the requirements of 3.2.1.1~3.2.1.5. 4.4.8 Salt spray test The salt spray test is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GB/T 2423.18 and the conditions specified in Table 9.After the salt spray test, visually inspect the appearance of the slip ring. The salt spray test shall meet the requirements of 3.2.4.If the slip ring is installed with an encoder, the appearance of the encoder is not damaged. Note. Applicable to slip ring requirements for offshore wind turbines. 4.4.9 Electromagnetic compatibility test The electromagnetic compatibility test is carried out in accordance with the test procedures specified in the technical agreement. Electromagnetic compatibility should meet the requirements of 3.2.2.9. 4.4.10 Type test test items Type test test items are shown in Table 10. 4.5 Life test In a laboratory environment, install the slip ring that has passed the test horizontally, and perform an accelerated wear test at a speed of.200r/min. No power is supplied during the inspection. 107 per revolution, press 4.3.1 to 4.3.5 to test the contact resistance, insulation, dielectric strength, current transmission and signal transmission of the slip ring. If the slip ring is equipped with an encoder, the performance test of the encoder should meet the requirements for use. The life of the slip ring shall meet the requirements of 3.2.3. The contact resistance, insulation, dielectric strength and current transmission of the slip ring meet the requirements of 3.2.1.1~3.2.1.4, and the dynamic contact resistance is ≤50m Ω. 4.6 Visual inspection Under normal lighting conditions, visually inspect the appearance of the slip ring. Its appearance quality should meet the requirements of 3.2.4.

5 Inspection rules

5.1 Inspection classification The inspections specified in this standard are divided into. a) Factory inspection; b) Type inspection. 5.2 Inspection conditions 5.2.1 Qualifications for inspection The inspectors for the factory inspection shall have inspection qualifications. The testing unit for type testing should be a third-party organization with professional national testing qualifications. 5.2.2 Environmental conditions for inspection The inspection site should meet various environmental conditions and space required for slip ring inspection. 5.2.3 Inspection equipment, instruments, meters and tools The manufacturer shall provide the instruments, meters and test equipment required for the inspection and shall meet the following requirements. a) The instruments, meters and test equipment (including non-standard test equipment) used for inspection shall have the effective inspection period specified by the unit of measurement. Certificate of conformity; b) Self-made non-standard test equipment should be certified and approved by the ordering party before being used. 5.3 Sampling The sampling plan and the qualified quality level shall meet the requirements of the technical agreement or the requirements of GB/T 2828.1. 5.4 Factory inspection 5.4.1 Inspection items Unless otherwise specified, each slip ring shall undergo factory inspection. The factory inspection items are shown in Table 11. 5.4.2 Qualified judgment Submitted in batches, the eligibility criteria for batch judgments are. if the random inspection is qualified, the batch of products is qualified. 5.4.3 Re-inspection rules When there are defects or failures during random inspections, find out the reasons and take corrective measures, and then all the batches will be re-inspected and re-inspected in accordance with the factory inspection rules All passing parties are deemed qualified. 5.5 Type inspection 5.5.1 Inspection conditions Under the following conditions, type test shall be carried out. a) When trial-produce new products; b) When changes in design, technology, and materials may affect product performance; c) When the product is transferred to the factory; d) When the product is discontinued for 1 year and is re-produced; e) In batch and mass production (no less than 1 regular sampling inspection per year). 5.5.2 Inspection items Unless otherwise specified or required, the inspection items should meet the requirements of Table 10. 5.5.3 Qualification judgment All type inspection items meet the above-mentioned requirements and can be judged as qualified for type inspection. 5.5.4 Re-inspection rules When a certain item is unqualified during the inspection, the inspection shall be stopped, analysis shall be carried out, the cause shall be found out, and according to the severity of the defect, whether Carry out re-inspection, the principles of re-inspection are as follows. a) When there is a defect that does not affect the performance of the slip ring, the inspection can be continued after repair; b) When there is a defect that affects the performance of the slip ring but the basic function of the slip ring is not lost, take measures to correct it, and write a technical analysis report, saying After the reasons are explained, the inspection can be performed again. The format of the nameplate meets GB/T 13306 or specified by the manufacturer. The content of the nameplate is general. include. a) The name and trademark of the manufacturer; b) Product model and name; c) Product factory number; d) Date of manufacture; e) Rated voltage of power ring; f) Rated current of power loop; g) Number of loops; h) Altitude. 6.2 Packaging The packaging should meet the requirements of GB/T 13384, and generally should meet the following requirements. a) Before the product is packed, the product should be fixed by custom-made plastic foam, sponge or other cushioning and shockproof items; b) Each product should be wrapped in plastic bags and packed in a packaging box with a certain shock-proof ability.
