Summary This standard specifies the use of high-frequency linear vibration (SRV) testing machine or similar testing machine, high-frequency, low-stroke, high Hertz exposure pressure and linear vibration conditions, the determination of grease anti-fretting wear lubrication method. This standard applies to the given temperature and load conditions for the determination of grease wear resistance and friction coefficient. If additional non-mandatory extreme pressure tests are carried out in accordance with SH/T 0784, the grease used in the test shall withstand a Hertzian contact pressure of at least 2200 MPa without adhesive wear.
