1 Application
This standard applies to the baffle (hereinafter referred to as the baffle) for the chain traction scraper conveyor of the coal mining face.
2 Product Categories
2.1 Type of baffle. The baffle is divided into four types. type I, type II, type III and type IV.
2.2 Basic parameters
2.2.1 The total height dimension H of the baffle shall comply with the regulations in Figure 5, Figure 6, Figure 7, Figure 8 and Table 1.
2.2.2 The overall width dimension B of the baffle shall comply with the regulations in Figure 5, Figure 6, Figure 7, Figure 8 and Table 2.
2.3 Related dimensions
2.3.1 The relevant dimensions of the guide tube shall comply with the regulations in Figure 5, Figure 6, Figure 7, Figure 8 and Table 3.
2.3.2 The horizontal distance B2 from the baffle to the side of the middle groove shall comply with the regulations in Figure 5, Figure 6, Figure 7, Figure 8 and Table 4.
2.3.4 The diameter of the connecting pin and the relevant dimensions between the connecting ears of the conveyor type IV baffle shall comply with the requirements of Figure 8 and Table 6.
2.3.5 The connection dimensions of the baffle and the central groove shall comply with the regulations in Figure 5, Figure 6, Figure 7, Figure 8 and Table 7.
