Summary This standard specifies the AC vacuum electromagnetic starter mine explosion-proof low voltage (hereinafter referred to as the starter) terms and definitions, classification and nomenclature, characteristics, structure and performance requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transport and storage. This standard applies to coal mine rated frequency 50Hz, voltage up to 1140V (1200V) and below the circuit directly or remotely start and stop on a three-phase squirrel cage induction motor, reverse and variable speed control, while the electric motor and related circuit protection of starters. Overload of the standard terms do not apply to embedded into the motor overheating protection device inside.
