1 Scope
This standard stipulates the terms and definitions of fresh jujube in southern China, environmental conditions of production areas, variety and seedling selection, planting techniques, soil management,
Fertilizer management, plastic trimming, woody jujube hanging culture, flower preservation and fruit conservation, shelter from rain, pest control, fruit harvesting, fruit storage, etc.
This standard applies to the production of fresh jujube in subtropical areas of China.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Lignified jujube hanging persistentbearingshoot

4 Site conditions
4.1 Origin selection
According to the regional division of fresh jujube cultivation in the south, in the cultivation distribution area, according to the regional characteristics, the selection of suitable fresh jujube cultivation sites is required.
Relatively contiguous, the minimum area should be above 6670m2 and have sustainable production capacity, good ecological environment, red soil away from pollution sources,
Yellow soil or sandy soil area. The fresh jujube base is selected according to LY/T 1557. See Appendix A for the regional division of fresh jujube cultivation in the South.
4.2 Air quality
The air quality requirements for fresh jujube production are carried out in accordance with LY/T 1678 ambient air quality standards.
4.3 Quality of irrigation water at the place of origin
The quality requirements of irrigation water for fresh jujube production are implemented according to LY/T 1678 irrigation water quality standards.
4.4 Soil environmental quality
