3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 38364.1 apply to this document.

4 Model preparation method

4.1.1 The method of formulating the product model of lawn mower is carried out in accordance with LY/T 1621. 4.1.2 For lawn mowers, the cutting width (in millimeters) is used as the main performance parameter, rounded to the nearest decimal point; the engine displacement (in millimeters) is used as the main performance parameter. Is cubic centimeter) as the main power parameter, rounded to the nearest whole number. The specific compilation method of the model is shown in Figure 1.

5 basic parameters

The main performance parameters and structural parameters of the lawn mower, as well as the technical parameters of the supporting power, should be in the manual or other technology provided to the user Given in the file. Mass-produced lawn mowers should be consistent with the given parameters, and the basic parameters should include the following. a) Cutting width, mm; b) Range of mowing height, mm; c) The maximum nominal speed of the tool without load, r/min; d) Displacement of gasoline engine, cm3; e) Nominal power of gasoline engine, kW; f) Fuel tank volume, L; g) Engine oil tank volume, L; h) The volume of the grass collector (if applicable), L; i) Overall dimensions (length×width×height), mm; j) Net weight of the whole machine, kg.

6 Technical requirements and test methods

General requirements 6.1.1 Normal use environment. temperature -5 ℃~40 ℃, altitude no more than 1 000 m, non-rainy day, sufficient light. 6.1.2 Conditions for normal use of lawns. the height of the grass is not more than.200 mm, the slope is not more than 15º, there is no stagnant water, no entanglement (such as vines, Ropes, cables, etc.) and debris (such as screws, stones, etc.) that are easily hit by the blades. 6.1.3 All parts can be assembled only after conformity assessment. 6.1.4 During the inspection, relative to the specified value or actual value, the accuracy of all control values or measured values should be within the following tolerance range. a) Size. ±0.5 mm; b) Speed. ±10 r/min; c) Displacement. ±1%; d) Volume. ±1%; e) Time. ±0.1 s; f) Quality. ±1%. Matching gasoline engine performance 6.2.1 Requirements The performance of the gasoline engine should meet the requirements of JB/T 5135.1. 6.2.2 Inspection The performance test of gasoline engine is carried out according to JB/T 5135.2 and JB/T 5135.3. Overall performance 6.3.1 Mowing height 6.3.1.1 Requirements The lawn mower should be set at least 3 cutting positions, and should be easy to adjust; the actual cutting height of any cutting position measured value and the manual The deviation of the given value should be within ±5 mm. 6.3.1.2 Inspection When checking the mowing height, place the lawn mower on a level ground, adjust it to each cutting position according to the method specified in the manual, and measure each The distance between the tip of the cutting position and the ground, and the minimum value measured is the height of the mowing. 6.3.2 The whole machine falls 6.3.2.1 Requirements The lawn mower should not affect the normal use after the 500 mm height drop test of the whole machine. 6.3.2.2 Inspection 6.3.2.2.1 Test site The test site is a flat (gradient not more than 1%), hard concrete (or similar) level ground. 6.3.2.2.2 Test procedure After the installation and debugging are completed according to the provisions of the instruction manual, the lawn mower is placed in a horizontal state and vertically lifted to a distance of 500 mm from the test ground ±10 mm height position, quickly release the lawn mower at this position to make the lawn mower fall freely, and then actually operate the lawn mower to check whether it is It can still be used normally. 6.3.3 Starting performance 6.3.3.1 Requirements In the use environment specified in 6.1.1. a) Manual start should be successfully started within 5 times; b) Electric start should be successfully started within 10 s. 6.3.3.2 Inspection When starting performance check, install, refuel and operate according to the instructions. Before the test, place the sample machine in the test environment for not less than 4 hours. Start the machine according to the method specified in the instruction manual, and record the number of starts from the start to the first successful start, or Measure the time from the start of the start to the first successful start. 6.3.4 Grass gathering performance (if applicable) 6.3.4.1 Requirements For lawn mowers with grass collectors, the amount of fragments that can be collected in the grass collector should not be less than 80% of the nominal volume of the grass collector, that is, the grass collection rate should not be small Less than 80%. 6.3.4.2 Inspection 6.3.4.2.1 Test lawn The species of grass should be warm-season blunt-leaf grass or cold-season perennial ryegrass. The height of the grass is greater than 60 mm. Irrigated lawn. 6.3.4.2.2 Site preparation The mowing height of the lawn mower is set to the position closest to 60 mm, and the commissioning is completed according to the instructions. Cut out a large enough lawn to be tested in the field. If the grass height of the turf to be tested is 60 mm±5 mm, the test can be carried out directly in 6.3.4.2.3 Test. 6.3.4.2.3 The actual grass collecting quality measurement of the grass collector The broken grass on the surface of the lawn to be tested should be removed before the test. The cutting height of the lawn mower is set to the nearest 30 mm position, and the grass collector is installed according to the instructions and carried out on the lawn to be tested. Cut the grass normally until the grass collector cannot collect the grass. Stop the rotation of the lawn mower, fix the lawn mower in a horizontal state, remove the grass collector, Collect the broken grass collected in the grass collector. Repeat the test three times or use three machines of the same specification to test each time. Weigh three times separately The mass of the collected scraps, the arithmetic average of three trials is taken as the mass of the scraps under the actual collection volume (the actual mass of the grass collector). 6.3.4.2.4 Grass harvesting quality measurement under the nominal volume of the grass harvester In addition, prepare a grass collector with the same volume (±0.5%) as indicated in the manufacturer's manual, and its diameter and height are approximately the same (±10%) In a cylindrical standard container, fill the standard container with the scraps cut from the three tests without applying external force, and weigh the collected in the container. The mass of the shredded grass was repeated three times, and the arithmetic average of the three times was taken as the mass of grass collected under the nominal volume of the grass collector. 6.3.4.2.5 Hasty calculations Note. When the grass collection density is constant, the grass collection volume percentage is equal to the grass collection mass percentage, so the grass collection mass percentage is used instead of the grass collection volume percentage. 6.3.5 Tool speed 6.3.5.1 Requirements The nominal maximum no-load speed of the lawn mower tool should be given by the manufacturer in the manual and nameplate. The tool measured at the factory is the most The deviation between the maximum no-load speed and the tool's nominal no-load maximum speed [see formula (2)] should not exceed ±5%. 6.3.5.2 Inspection 6.3.5.2.1 Measure with a tachometer. 6.3.5.2.2 The deviation d is calculated according to formula (2). 6.3.6 Hanging weight 6.3.6.1 Requirements For machines normally equipped with grass collectors, the grass collectors should not fall off after the hanging weight test, and all wheels should be kept in contact with the ground. 6.3.6.2 Inspection Place the lawn mower on a level...
