Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
The main changes in this standard compared with LY/T 1062-2006 are as follows.
--- Added the term "synthesis energy consumption per unit of sawn timber production unit" (see 3.2);
--- Removed the term "various energy sources actually consumed by sawn timber production" (3.2 of.2006 edition);
--- Removed the term "unloading" (2006 version 3.2.1.1);
--- Removed the term "feeding" (2006. 3.2.1.2);
--- Removed the term "sawing" (2006 version 3.2.1.3);
--- Removed the term "shop transport" (2006. 3.2.1.4);
--- Removed the term "stacking" (2006 version 3.2.1.5);
--- Removed the term "loading" (2006 version 3.2.1.6);
--- Revised the basic energy consumption grading index of sawn timber unit production (see Chapter 4);
--- Revised the formula for calculating the basic energy consumption per unit of sawn timber production (see 5.4);
--- Increased temperature correction factor (see 5.5.5);
--- Removed the correction factor for the energy consumption index of sawn timber production in areas where heating facilities are installed according to national regulations (2006 version 6.6);
--- Removed the correction factor for the energy consumption index of sawn timber production in the area where the cooling device is installed according to the national regulations (6.7 of.2006 edition);
--- Removed Appendix B (Appendix B of the.2006 version).

Sawn timber production comprehensive energy consumption
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terminology and definition of the comprehensive energy consumption of sawn timber production, and stipulates the basic energy consumption grading value of the sawn timber production enterprise.
The calculation principles and methods for the comprehensive energy consumption of sawn timber production and the test and measurement requirements for the energy consumption of sawn timber production are presented.
This standard is applicable to the assessment and calculation of the comprehensive energy consumption of sawn timber production enterprises.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 153 and GB/T 4817 apply to this document.
3.1
The amount of physical energy actually consumed by sawn timber production enterprises during the statistical reporting period shall be discounted according to the prescribed calculation methods and measurement units.
Calculated as the sum of standard coal.
3.2
Sawn timber production unit output comprehensive energy consumption comprehensiveenergyconsumptionforunitoutputofsawntimberproduc-
Tion
During the statistical reporting period, the ratio of the comprehensive energy consumption of sawn timber production to the output of qualified sawn timber in the same period.
3.3
Sawn timber unit production basic energy consumption basicenergyconsumptionforunitoutputofsawntimberproduction
The proportion of sawn timber produced in high-density trees is 50%~75%, the log diameter is 30cm~38cm, and the thickness of sawn timber is 25mm~35mm.
The energy consumption for sawing accounts for 55%~60% of the energy consumption of direct production. The average temperature during the statistical period is 20°C~35°C, and the length of sawn timber is 4m~6m.
The amount of energy consumed to produce 1m3 of qualified sawn timber.
3.4
Direct production system directproductionsystem
The general term for major production processes such as unloading, loading, sawing, workshop transportation, sorting, stacking and loading.
