3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 15102-2017 and GB/T 15102-2017 apply to this document.
3.1
The high-pressure decorative laminated board with impregnated film paper and bottom paper or thermosetting resin impregnated paper is directly pressed on the surface of the particleboard, which is flame retardant
Can veneer particle board.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 Appearance quality
The appearance quality of the marine veneer particleboard should meet the requirements of Table 1.
4.2 Specifications and deviations
The specifications, dimensions and deviations of the marine veneer particleboard shall meet the requirements of Table 2.
4.3 Physical and mechanical properties
The physical and mechanical properties of marine veneer particleboard should meet the requirements of Table 3.
5 Inspection method
5.1 Sampling method
Samples and samples should be taken from products stored for more than 24 hours after production. The plate sample is carried out according to Figure 1, and cut into 5 samples, each sample
Mark the number, and mark "△" in the upper right corner. Among them, No. 1, No. 3, No. 5 samples are used to prepare No. ①-⑩ test pieces, No. 2 and No. 4
The sample is used to prepare "arbitrary" test pieces. From No. 1, No. 3, and No. 5 samples, make test pieces according to Figure 2.When there is a defect in the prescribed place for taking the test piece,
The position where the specimen is prepared can be moved appropriately. When the plate thickness is greater than 25mm, the static flexural strength test piece (the size exceeds 550mm) can be randomly selected in the sample
Take the position, but keep 3 in the vertical and horizontal directions, and keep the original orientation of the other numbered specimens. The size, quantity and number of the test pieces are shown in Table 5.
The edges and corners of the test piece should be straight and free of edges. The allowable deviation of length is ±0.5mm.
5.2 Inspection method
The inspection method of marine veneer particleboard shall be carried out in accordance with Table 6.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
6.1.1 Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
6.1.2 Factory inspection
The factory inspection should include the following items.
a) Appearance quality;
b) Specifications and deviations;
c) In the physical and mechanical properties, the surface is wear-resistant, the surface is resistant to pollution and corrosion, the surface is resistant to cracking, and the surface is resistant to water vapor.
6.1.3 Type inspection
Type inspection shall include all items in appearance quality, specifications and dimensions, deviations and performance. In one of the following situations, the type
Type test.
a) When there are major changes in raw and auxiliary materials and production processes;
b) When production has been suspended for more than 3 months and production is resumed;
c) During normal production, there should be no less than 2 inspections per year, and it is advisable to average the divisions once each in the first and second half of the year;
d) When a new product is put into production or converted;
e) When the quality supervision department proposes inspection requirements.
6.2 Sampling method
6.2.1 General sampling rules
The same shift, the same specification, and the same type of products are one batch. For quality inspection, samples should be taken from the same batch of products as required, and the
The samples are inspected one by one, and the samples are counted by each piece.
6.2.2 Appearance quality
The sampling plan for appearance quality inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Table 7.
6.2.3 Specifications and deviations
Sampling plan for specification size and deviation inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Table 8.
6.2.4 Physical and mechanical properties, safety performance
The sampling plan for physical and mechanical properties and safety performance inspection shall be carried out in accordance with Table 9.
6.3 Judgment Principle
When the appearance quality, specification size and deviation, physical and mechanical properties and safety performance of the sample meet the following requirements, it will be judged as qualified, otherwise
Judged as unqualified.
--The appearance quality should meet the requirements of 4.1 and Table 7;
--The size and deviation should meet the requirements of 4.2 and Table 8;
--The arithmetic average of density, moisture content and screw holding force shall meet the requirements of 4.3;

5% quantile x 5%, should meet the upper and lower specification limits of 4.3 μU, μL requirements;
-The surface resistance to cold and heat cycle test pieces are judged as qualified when they are qualified;
--The amount of formaldehyde released shall be in accordance with the determination rules of GB 18580;
--Surface flammability, smoke and toxicity shall be carried out in accordance with the determination rules of "International Fire Test Procedure Application Rules".
7 Identification, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 Identification
Before the product is put into storage, the product name, specification, trademark, production date, formaldehyde emission limit mark and the
Flammability mark, etc.
7.2 Packaging
