1 Scope
This standard specifies the principles, reagents and materials of enzyme-labeled immunochromatography and colloidal gold immunochromatography for aflatoxin B1 in cereals.
Materials, instruments and equipment, sample preparation, sample determination, and result determination.
This standard applies to the rapid screening of aflatoxin B1 in grains such as rice, brown rice and corn.

3 enzyme-labeled immunochromatography
3.1 Principle
The method is based on a specific antigen-antibody reaction and immunochromatography technology, using an enzyme as a carrier, and adopting a reaction principle of a double-anti-sandwich method.
The product is extracted with methanol solution, and the extract is filtered or centrifuged, diluted, and added to the test card. The aflatoxin B1 in the sample will be mixed with the solid phase carrier.
