This standard replaces LS/T 3106-1985 "Potato (Potatoes, Potatoes)"
Compared with LS/T 3106-1985, this standard has the following major technical changes except for editorial changes:

---Modified terms and definitions (see Chapter 3, Chapter 2 of the 1985 edition);
---Modified potato classification and grade;
---Modified the potato quality index;
