Foreword
LS/T 1707 "Food Information Classification and Coding Grain Storage" is divided into three parts.
--- Part 1. Classification and code of warehouse operations;
--- Part 2. Classification and code of food situation detection;
--- Part 3. Equipment classification and code.
This part is the second part of LS/T 1707.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This section replaces LS/T 1707.2-2004. The main technical changes compared with LS/T 1707.2-2004 are as follows.
--- Added "hypoxia (< 2%)" "hypoxia (>2% and < 21%)" "normal oxygen content (21%)" "high carbon dioxide content
(≥35%)" "Normal carbon dioxide content (0.03%)" "Insecticidal concentration (≥100mL/m3)" "below insecticidal concentration
Technical indicators such as (< 100mL/m3)" "bacterial concentration (≥300mL/m3)";
--- Removed the original standard "has a feeding pest", "no feeding pest", "hazardous pest", "non-hazardous pest", because
Several items are not operability in production practice;
--- Increased the relevant testing content of oil storage.
This part is based on GB/T.20001.3-2015 "Standard writing rules Part 3. Classification standards", GB/T 7027-2002 "Information
The basic principles and methods of classification and coding, combined with the comprehensive coding of the main grain detection content during grain storage.
This part is proposed and managed by the National Grain Bureau.
This section drafted by. Henan University of Technology, National Grain and Oil Information Center.
The main drafters of this section. Wang Ruolan, Lv Jianhua, Huang Yawei, Yan.

Food information classification and coding grain storage
Part 2. Classification and Code of Food Inspection
1 Scope
This part of LS/T 1707 specifies the classification principles and methods of food rations commonly used in grain storage enterprises, code coding methods, and code knots.
Technical indicators such as construction, coding principles, grain inspection classification and code tables.
This section applies to information processing and information exchange in the food industry.
2 Normative references
The following documents are indispensable for the application of this document. For dated references, only dated versions apply to this article.
Pieces. For undated references, the latest edition (including all amendments) applies to this document.

3 Classification principles and methods
3.1 This section classifies and codes the common grain inspection content involved in grain storage enterprises.
3.2 This section uses the line classification method.
4 coding method and code structure
4.1 Coding method
4.1.1 This part adopts the hierarchical code. The code is divided into three levels, and each level is named as a large class, a small class, and a fine class.
4.1.2 This code is represented by 3 digits of Arabic numerals, each layer being represented by a single digit. The first layer code is 1~9, and the second layer code is 1~
9, the third layer code is 1~9, and each layer code is sequential code.
4.2 Code Structure

5 coding principles
5.1 This section basically covers the food situation detection involved in the warehousing enterprise. The order and level of all codes are irrelevant to the importance.
5.2 Codes generally do not use the number “0”.
6 Grain condition classification and code table
The classification and code table of grain inspection are shown in Table 1.
