This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
Please note that some elements of this document may involve patents. The issuer of this document is not responsible for identifying these patents.
This standard replaces JY/T 0382-2007 "Student Calculator". In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
-Increased the requirements for the material of the printed circuit board (see 4.1.3);
-Increased the requirement for the display to use a full dot matrix display (see 4.1.4);
-Added the conversion between decimals and percentages, cursor, character delete key, decimal place selection and timing function
(See 4.2.1);
-Added requirements for non-conformance criteria for individual products (see 6.3);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, and storage of student calculators.
This standard applies to calculators used by students in primary and secondary school teaching activities.

3 Classification and naming
3.1 Classification
Student calculators are divided into primary, secondary and high school calculators by product function.
3.2 Model
The model name of the product is JY 0026.
3.3 Model representation

4 Requirements
4.1 Appearance and structure
4.1.1 The calculator shall have a protective cover.
4.1.2 The calculator battery can be replaced without using tools.
4.1.3 The printed circuit board shall be made of copper-clad epoxy glass cloth laminate.
4.1.4 The display screen is a full dot matrix screen of not less than 31 × 96.
4.1.5 Appearance and structure should also meet the requirements of 5.1 of GB/T 4967-1995.
4.2 Function and performance
4.2.1 In addition to the basic functions of the primary school calculator, it should have at least the number of decimal places and timing functions in addition to the requirements in Table 1. button

4.2.7 The decimal word length of elementary calculators should be not less than 10 digits; the decimal word length of junior and high school calculators should be not less than 10 digits.

4.4.1 Adaptability to climate and environment According to the requirements of Group Ⅱ in 5.7.2 of GB/T 4967-1995.
4.4.2 Mechanical environment adaptability
4.4.2.1 Vibration adaptability is in accordance with the requirements of Group Ⅱ in 5.7.3.1 Frequency Scanning Durability Test of GB/T 4967-1995.
4.4.2.2 Impact adaptability, fall adaptability, and drop adaptability of transport packages are in accordance with the relevant requirements of GB/T 4967.
4.5 Reliability
According to the requirements of 5.8 of GB/T 4967-1995.
5 Test method
5.1 Test environmental conditions
According to the requirements of 6.1 of GB/T 4967-1995.
5.2 Visual and structural inspection
5.2.1 Visual inspection shall comply with 4.1.1, 4.1.2.

5.3 Functional and technical performance checks

6 Inspection rules
6.1 Inspection classification
Product inspection is divided into factory inspection (delivery inspection), type inspection (routine inspection), quality supervision random inspection inspection (referred to as supervision inspection)

6.3 Non-conformance criteria for a single sample
4.1.3, 4.1.4, 4.2.1, 4.2.2, 4.2.3, 4.2.7 to 4.2.13, 4.3, 4.4 of this standard are the main technical indicators.
The degree of non-compliance with quality characteristics is Class A failure, and the remaining quality characteristics criteria are implemented according to JY 0002.
7 Marks, certificates, instructions for use
7.1 Signs
According to GB/T 4967-1995 8.1 and the relevant provisions.
7.2 Certificate and instructions for use
7.2.1 Instructions for use shall include detailed operating steps and examples for all functions.
7.2.2 The instructions for use shall indicate the nominal value of the power supply voltage.
